This engineer will develop Windows data integration software. You will work with application vendors and our mutual customers to develop software for exporting data from the vendor application into Smile Reminder customer accounts.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with third-party application developers to understand the application functionality, database platform, and schema.
- Design, implement, test, document, and maintain Windows application data integration software.
- Provide secondary customer support regarding integration software issues.
- Fluency in oral and written English.
- Windows, C++, C#, .NET, SQL, and XML experience.
- Familiarity with Windows-based database platforms.

Software Engineer - Web Application Developer
This engineer will develop new web application functionality and presentation pages for Smile Reminder's leading-edge suite of healthcare service provider communication and value-added tools.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with customers and colleagues to define and prioritize new application features and enhancements.
- Design, implement, test, document, and maintain web application functionality including all associated web pages, business logic, and database queries.

IT / Technical Support Engineer
This engineer will ensure stable operation of all in-house computers and network services, and will provide technical support to employees and customers. This includes planning, installing, configuring, maintaining, optimizing and supporting all network systems and communication links.
Responsibilities- Set-up, configure, maintain, and optimize the performance of corporate computers and phone systems.
- Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of corporate desktops.
- Manage in-house and collocated servers, including e-mail, print, and backup servers and their associated operating systems, software and processes.
- Manage security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and building access.
- Provide technical suppt to customers regarding application, connectivity and computing issues.
- Conduct research on emerging solutions in support of development efforts.
- Linux server administration (including DNS, DHCP, LDAP, Postfix and scripting).
- Network systems administration (including CISCO firewall, IOS and VPN configuration).
- Windows and Macintosh system administration.

Inside Sales Representative
This position is for someone with outstanding interpersonal skills and a proven track record of success. The new sales rep will need to interact with doctors, dentists, staff and administrators (over the phone and via email) to sell our highly successful solutions.
