Last Minute Openings
If your practice management software stores an ASAP or wait list, your account representative can set up your software sync to automatically build a group in Smile Reminder so if you have a last minute cancellation you can send out a quick notice to everyone on that list. Your staff will love not having to call patients about filling cancellations and they will be thrilled at the quick notice of last minute openings.
Direct Messaging
Smile Reminder also allows you to personalize messaging to an individual patient. You can select timing and message preferences on a per patient basis.
